Saturday, August 22nd , 2054
Ben Walker of the Sunrise Gators and Ken O'Reilly of the St. Cloud Silver Hawks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 5 and 10 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Gators-Silver Hawks game at Gator Field.

Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Walker and O'Reilly will begin serving them soon.

Thus far this season Walker is hitting .306 with 7 home runs, 63 RBIs and 75 runs scored. He has 128 hits in 418 at-bats and has played in 110 games.

O'Reilly has made 33 starts, tossed 131.2 innings, struck out 181 batters and walked 73. His record is 4-10 with a 4.99 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .240 batting average.
