Ramos Raps 3 Homers Against Wolves Thursday, July 23rd , 2065 Punta Gorda third baseman Felix Ramos blasted three homers today at Sarasota Stadium in the 8-5 Bulldogs victory over the Sarasota Wolves. For the game, Felix Ramos scored 3 times and knocked in 6 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Ramos when he reached home plate. "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-6, three roundtrippers and a win," a gleeful Ramos told BNN reporters in a postgame interview. "What a day." Felix Ramos struck out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Mario Sandoval in the 8th, hit a solo-shot off Brooks Rumsey in the 10th and hit a three-run home run off Alan Grundon in the 12th.
