Murray Gone for Season in St. Cloud
Wednesday, July 29th , 2065
When Brian Murray was hurt against the Pensacola Wahoos, the St. Cloud Silver Hawks were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 20-year-old starting pitcher suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Murray would miss 14 months of the season.
In season stats Murray shows a 0-4 record in 8 games, 43 innings, 41 strikeouts and a 6.07 ERA.
