Kissimmee Out of Playoff Race Monday, September 7th , 2065 The playoff hopes of the Kissimmee Rage have been extinguished for the year. Today, the team was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the 2065 postseason. "It's weird, yesterday we were all talking about what we needed to do to make it to the Liberty Cup and now we're just counting down the days until the offseason, said Rage left fielder Sonny Herrington. Kissimmee last appeared in the postseason in 2054. This is their 11th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 42 times in their 53-year history. Kissimmee has won the Liberty Cup 3 times in their history. |
